Founder & CEO Lauren Koeppe
Create Hospitality Founder & CEO Lauren Koeppe has a Masters in Food Studies and Food Management from New York University and Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of Colorado Boulder. She began her career in management at Lululemon and MAC Cosmetics followed by several world class restaurants, including The Standard on the New York City High Line, Hakkasan in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach and Hinoki & the Bird in Los Angeles. She later transitioned into Events Director at E.P. & L.P., followed by branding and launching the catering companies for Celebrity Chefs Antonia Lofaso and Curtis Stone. All the while, she has worked as a private chef herself, for several high profile clients.
With a unique foundation combining restaurant and event operations as well as creative services, coupled with her passion for food, fitness and travel, Lauren has a truly unique skill set she offers a range of clients. She founded Create Hospitality in 2017 with the purpose of igniting each of her passions and working with a variety of hospitality venues, chefs and brands.
At Create Hospitality, Lauren has worked with Chef Curtis Stone (Gwen), Rustic Canyon Group (Rustic Canyon, Milo + Olive, Huckleberry, Cassia, Esters, Tallula’s, Sweet Rose Creamery), Love Serve Remember (Cafe Gratitude, Gracias Madre), Thunderbird and Elephante. She also works with brand clients WeWork, Stella Artois, NBA and the Cleveland Cavaliers and co-founded YogaKoh. Most recently, Lauren opened The Pier House and Cartolina in Venice, CA, leading creative direction and pre-opening operations, in charge of branding, hiring and training.
