Over this 6 week series, Jolie Manza will take the time to breakdown the foundation, alignment and performance of different postures that will lead to a more informed, intelligent and exciting way to practice. She will start with the basics, and then each week, progressively add in more complex poses ending with the larger peak postures like backbends and inversions. In each 90 min. class, you can expect a 30-45 min fun flow and then a series of exercises and hands on demonstrations that will provide a solid understanding of the postures that will be explored that week.
