Co-Founder Lauren Koeppe
C R E A T E co-founder Lauren Koeppe has a Masters in Food Studies and Food Management from New York University and Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of Colorado Boulder. She began her career in management at Lululemon and MAC Cosmetics followed by several world class restaurants, including The Standard on the New York City High Line, Hakkasan in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach and Hinoki & the Bird in Los Angeles. She later transitioned into Events Director at E.P. & L.P., followed by launching and branding new catering companies for celebrity chefs. All the while, she has worked as a private chef herself, for several high profile clients and companies.
With a unique foundation combining restaurant and event operations and creative services, coupled with her passion for food, fitness and travel, Lauren has a truly unique skill set she offers a range of clients. She founded C R E A T E with the purpose of igniting each of her passions and working with a variety of hospitality venues, chefs and brands that all have one thing in common - they all want to push the envelope and secure their own place in culture. She enjoys creating memorable experiences only she can be trusted to provide and consulting with other creatives on their own passion projects.
